Yes, the silicone bowl can be used in the microwave oven however prolonged use can cause premature ageing. Do not put spoon in the microwave oven. Always check the food temperature before feeding the child. 

Our Silicone bibs are one size fits all, with an adjustable neck strap you can fit to suit your child's size. 

Our suction bowls work best on a clean, flat, non-porous surface.

We recommend wiping down the bottom of the bowl and surface with a damp cloth then pressing down on the bowl, removing all air pockets before use.

Please note our bowls will not work if your surface is uneven, porous or unclean.

Our silicone bowl is dishwasher safe and our beech wood spoon is to be hand washed & dried thoroughly after each use. Do not use abrasive products when hand-washing product. We recommend cleaning the bowl & spoon before each use.

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email hellobubbowl@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Bub Bowl will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
